Responsibilities

Work primarily with the MDM domain lead to drive the technical design, and Implementation of the Roche Enterprise master data management solution based on the Reltio technology platform.

Understand new features/capabilities introduced in the Reltio MDM Platform and provide recommendations on how these capabilities can be leveraged to add business value and also improve the customer experience.

Validate the design and configuration of the MDM solution by Roche’s technology partner IQVIA for suitability and optimal performance.

Provide guidance on industry best practices in enterprise master data management, governance, and solution integration

Design and develop new utilities to improve operational efficiency wherever applicable.

Develop custom code using Java/Python to generate Data Quality, Match and Merge reports

Involve in tuning Reltio MDM to refine Match, Survivorship and Merge Rules, customize and enhance UI experience, customization of graphs and dashboards etc,

Review and/or support Data Model changes to the MDM Customer(HCP/HCO), Product, Location, Payers and Plans entities, Relationship, Reference Data and other Data domains as the business evolves and new data sources are onboarded.

Monitor key performance indicators of the MDM solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expected

Review and/or support role creation and permissions, user management, User groups and Tenant Access management.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team implementing solutions on the Reltio platform

Think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions on how to leverage Reltio tools/utilities for Data Analysis, establishing DQ Framework, name cleansing, address standardization, reference data management and Identifying data patterns for creation of Match rules,

Support end user trainings on new features and capabilities to data stewards and other business users with each major product release


Skill set / Qualifications:


Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably computer science, information systems or other related field with minimum 8+ years of experience in data management, data engineering/data analytics.
  • 3+ years experience as a MDM (Reltio) Engineer delivering moderate to complex solutions and must have implemented 2 or more large scale projects using Reltio MDM platform from Initiation to operationalizing to a production system.
  • Proficiency in Java, REST Services, NoSQL Database experience and Amazon S3
  • Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving
  • Strong hands-on skills with configuring data models and configurations within Reltio
  • Should have familiarity working in an AWS Environment
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to write advanced SQL queries and generate reports
  • Should have familiarity with Agile project methodology and worked with tools like JIRA

Good to Have/Preferred Skills:

  • Python coding experience
  • General understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools
  • Prior experience with one or more AWS Products such as AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift etc is a plus
  • Prior data integration experience using amazon SQS, SNS, Apache Kafka, Apache SOLR or other messaging software is a plus.
