Your role

Sound management of data quality risk is of prime importance to support the firm’s strategy for digitalization. You will contribute to that goal by supporting and backing up the senior GRC Data Governance Specialist for Wealth Management (WM) non US in covering the credit risk related data processes for that Business.

Your key objectives will be:

• develop detailed knowledge of data, data flows, and related issues impacting the data used to manage credit risk for WM non US
• support any data control activity which requires access to Swiss client data
• analyze the outcome of all the relevant controls within the team to identify issues and their impact
• partner with the WM non US GRC Data Governance specialist to share regular updates with senior-level stakeholders and large scale audiences regarding material issues, proposed solutions, timelines and progress in their remediation
• act as early adopter of our Machine Learning based tools developed in the team to detect data problems and overall contribute to the design of the controls as a data expert for WM Credit Risk

You will be working within the GRC Data Management Office whose mission is to enhance data quality for GRC by developing effective data quality controls, promoting best practices for data management within GRC and supporting efficient and effective remediation of known issues. We are a group of professionals passionate about what we deliver and we come from various backgrounds combining various expertise and experiences to generate optimal business outcomes. We work in a flexible, agile, and globally distributed environment. You will be based in the Switzerland but you’ll join in with other colleagues from India, Poland, UK and US to work on common goals.
