Your field of responsibility

The Backoffice of Swiss and Wealth Management Bank provides a broad range of services to front Offices across the bank. A data driven Operations organization is key to manage service effectiveness and efficiency. Our Insights team is unlocking data, building reports & dashboards and consulting our stakeholders in analytics. Join our Insights team to bridge data capabilities with business needs. Harvest the power of data by supporting our stakeholders in analytics and storytelling. Complement our Insights team in data sourcing/building data solutions and enable our business stakeholders in data insights (workload, capacity, processes, allocations, CSAT). Contribute to foster a culture of data literacy.

Your skills and experience

  • You have first experience in data analytics within Financial Services organizations.
  • You are passionate about data, have a solid understanding of MI/BI/DWH architecture and bring in a proven track record in applied analytics.
  • You are interested to understand business behind data.
  • Furthermore, your interest in understanding business (processes), a high command in social competencies and stakeholder management will be key to successfully collaborate on data projects and effective business story telling - supporting senior management in decision taking.
  • Experience in cost and efficiency management is a plus. Higher education (BI/Data background) and experience in Financial Services industry; experience in/understanding of Backoffice services is a plus High motivation and affinity to understand business processes
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and passionate on BI analytics (applied in depth knowledge)
  • Experience in working with SQL/PL-SQL on Oracle, MS SQL Server or similar databases; knowledge of scripting is a Plus (Python, R, etc.).
  • Experience in working with BI Tools (SAP BusinessObjects or similar)
  • Experience in managing data projects in an agile delivery mode and marketing BI solutions)
