Job description

You will be part of the HR Analytics team in the Human Resources and Communication Division. This team reveals insights from available people data to support the strategic people decisions.

With strong analytics and statistics skills, you will translate data into insights and help the business to better understand what is living in the company from a people perspective and do prediction. You will be in contact with different stakeholders helping the company at taking data driven decisions.

You will play a key role in the ongoing HR data management journey going to the next maturity levels.


Role:

  • Consolidate and analyze People data from different domains
  • Reacts to business insight requests by conducting analysis and research on existing People data
  • Do proactively analysis on specific topics, raised by the business and needed to support business decisions and strategies
  • Present complex and integrated information in a clear, concise, comprehensible manner to stakeholders in the business and HR
  • Collaborate closely with other HR professionals to understand business needs, analyze data and communicate insights.
  • Pro actively and independently track gaps and find new insights into data maintenance and analysis and propose new solutions and actions
  • Build data, connect data sets (correlation) and build new statistics models to reveal insights from people data
  • Contribute to higher people data management standards in terms of meta data, data governance, accuracy and integrity.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the selection and set up of Analytics tools

Skills needed:

  • Autonomous to plan and coordinate activities in your domain of activity
  • Very good knowledge in reporting and analytics tools
  • Technical skills in statistics and data modelling
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good influencing and judgement skills
  • Good knowledge of business reality, HR processes and tools
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Language: company language is English
