Verizon is a Fortune 500 company and prides in servicing 99% of Fortune 500 companies and Government agencies for advanced networking and security solutions. We have proven and extensive professional services offerings for all Payment Card Industry Security Standards (including DSS, 3DS, PIN, (PA)-P2PE, PA-DSS/SSF), Swift CSP and PSD2 services and the candidate will be responsible for delivering security consulting services.

We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Payment Security practice. As a Junior Security Consultant, you will responsible for supporting and delivering PCI Office / PCI Compliance Maintenance program engagements for Verizon customers.The work done every day makes a difference in the lives of people around us at work and at play.

Applying written compliance procedure to check customer PCI DSS compliance.

Identifying, collecting, organizing, and reviewing pertinent evidence across multiple platforms and applications to determine compliance with relevant PCI DSS or tailored compliance controls.

Scheduling and participating to technical interviews with various customer groups and subject matter experts.

Providing reports and metrics to client on gaps, remediation efforts, clarifications, etc. with customer.

Writing detailed technical reports and supporting documentation for the customer and the card brands.

Creating and presenting status reports across multiple organization leadership levels.

Developing executive presentations or status communications for multiple organization roles.

Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, GRC tools, etc.


What we’re looking for...


You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50%.
  • Fluency in English and French

Even better if you have:

A Master’s degree in Cyber/Information Systems/Information Security or similar.

Effective presentation skills.

Relevant work experience or industry certification / training in consulting or auditing related work.

Experience in the following fields: Application security, Information systems security, Network security, IT security auditing, Information security risk assessment or risk management.

Demonstrated ability to work independently or in collaboration environments to meet delivery obligations.

Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
