Airbus Defence & Space is looking for an Industrial Cyber Security Solution Architect (m/f) to collaborate with Product Managers, with Corporate and IM Security Architects as well as Industrial business domains to make Aircraft production more resilient to cyber-attacks.

Your key responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of IM Security you will have a high involvement in international initiatives at Airbus level and play a key role in Cyber Security Solutions and Services.

You will be the bridge between the Industrial Business Domains and the cyber security technologies, solutions and services provided by the cyber security and Information Management organizations.

As a Cyber Security Solution Architect, you main activities will be the following

Drive creative solutions to meet complex business challengesDevelop project specific cyber solutions which fit to industrial assets, manufacturing plants and engineering customer needsContribute to overall industrial cyber security vision and IM Industrial Security roadmapCollaborate closely with IM Industrial Cyber Security Product Managers and Local Plant Business Stakeholders as well as business project managers, architects and technical expertsCarry out industrial cyber solutions and service implementation and improvement projects in cooperation with plant business, plant focal points, and product managersDesign, Build, Assess and Maintain Industrial IT, Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS)Support Industrial Cyber Security training and guidanceSupport cross-functional teams and establish the appropriate internal / external resourcesParticipate in the Airbus international workgroupsLeading projects and ensuring the quality of the deliverablesEnsure the security regulatory complianceDevelop proposals to manage and reduce risksProvide reports for IM and IM Cyber Security Management on a regularly basis

This position may require some international travelling. This position requires a French security clearance.

The skills we are looking for

Degree in either Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering / Automation, Industrial Security / Operational Technology, Information Technology, Manufacturing Automation or equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 10 years in Information Security with a proven experience in operational technology (OT)Very good understanding NIST Framework (ICS, SCADA), ISO / IEC 27001Preferable knowledge on shop floor processes and requirements in shop floor environmentsIT security professional experience in information systems security technology, ideally with focus / experience in cyber incident detection and response is an assetHighly innovative mindset and permanently challenging the status quoPassionate about Security and TechnologyWillingness to do always your best, grow and take new responsibilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in an environment that requires a high level of detail and confidentialityProactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member in a challenging and international environmentProject and Service management skills and experienceExperience in working within a multinational departmentTeam playerVery good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levelsVery Good English
